Xing Yi is one of the three main Chinese Internal Arts. Practicing Xing Yi will help students to build strong fundation of Internal Art. It is devided into three levels: begining, mediate and high level.
Ba Gua
Ba Gua is also one of the three main Chinese Internal Arts. Practicing Ba Gua will expend students' understanding of Internal Arts. There are also three levels of Ba Gua: begining, mediate and high level.
Wellness Practice
Wellness Practice is suitable for people from different ages and different needs, such as for Internal body training, maintaining a healthy body and a balance life style, and preventing and healing illness and diseases.
Application
Application class will help practitioners to gain the core principles of the Internal Art and apply it effectively for self defense.
Tai Chi
Among the three main Chinese Internal Arts, Tai Chi is the most popular. There are different style of Tai Chi. However, we focus more on the core principles of this it rather than focus on the form. Tai Chi classes is seperated into beginning, mediate and high levels.
Meditation
Meditation can help students to release stress from the pressure of daily life. Our Meditation class is different from common meditation classes in the way that we intergrate movements with meditation. From those movements, we reach quietness, peace, tranquility, and harmony.
Children and Teenager Classes
Besides physical activities, through these special classes for small children and teenagers, students can learn about Eastern Culture and tradition. It also can help students improve their intelligence, performance in school, and interactions with society.
